Standard delivery charges cover UPS Ground or US priority
mail in the US. Air mail shipping is used for international orders. Please call
regarding shipping upgrades. We go out of our way to ship all in stock orders
within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, via the fastest method we can depending
on your location and weight of your order. Please consult the following chart
for airmail and ground shipping rates.

Note: For orders shipping outside the US, our shipping
rates above are accurate for most orders. We may be able to charge you a lower
shipping cost though. If you would like a lower shipping rate quote, simply email
us with a list of what items you will be ordering and where they will be shipping.
We will respond with a list of different shipping options and costs for you.
All orders placed with Flatlandfuel will be shipped via US Postal Service or UPS. Flatlandfuel reserves the right to require a signature for orders at their discretion. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure safe receipt of product. Flatlandfuel cannot take responsibility for orders lost due to theft regardless of whether or not a signature is required. If you have concerns of theft if a package is left at your address without a signature, please indicate in the special instructions box during checkout that you would like us to require a signature. Please note, however, requests by a customer for a signature required will cost an additional $3 per shipment.

International Orders
Flatlandfuel ships worldwide. Our online ordering system
processes orders from the United States, Canada, Asia, Australia, New Zealand,
South America, Europe and just about everywhere else at this time. We accept the following methods of payment for online orders: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Western Union, Money Gram, and bank transfer. Be sure to use the same name as
you have on your credit card and use the same address as the address where you
receive your credit card bill. We will not ship to a different address than
your billing address for orders placed outside the US and Canada. For our US and Canadian customers, we can ship to addresses other than your billing address, but you must first contact your card issuing bank and add what is called an alternate shipping address. We are unable to ship to any address that is not on file with your card issuing bank. As you go through the checkout process you will see the
shipping rates before you complete and submit your order. Please be aware that
address verification is very important to Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover on all orders. Most
of the time their computer system is not able to verify your address when ordering
online from outside of the United States. If that is the case, we will be contacting
you for more information so that we can get your address verified. Usually the
information needed will be:
1) The middle 8 numbers of your credit card number
2) Type of credit card
3) Expiration date
The reason for this is because your credit card information
is encrypted when ordering online and we do not have access to it. We need this
information when we call Mastercard/Visa to get them to verbally verify your
address. In some cases they even require us to acquire a photo copy of your
credit card or a copy of your billing statement that shows your card number
as well as your address. So please do not be surprised when we request this
information from you.
We also accept payment through Western Union. There are
Western Union agents in nearly every city in the world. To find the one closest
to you go to www.westernunion.com . This is the fastest way to pay us and the
fastest way to get your order processed.
We also accept payment through www.paypal.com which is
a great service to use if you live outside of the US and want to send money
to the US.
One final way to pay is to wire the money from your bank
to our bank. There is a $35 charge for this service on top of what your bank
charges you but it is very easy to do. Email for more info if you are interested
in this.
Please be aware that any import taxes, customs, duty, brokerage
fees or related expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Mail in Orders
Flatlandfuel gladly accepts mail in orders which are perfect
if you do not
have a credit card. Here is what you need to do:
1) Make a list of what you want to order with prices
2) Add Shipping from our shipping chart that you can link to from the front
page of flatlandfuel.
3) Get a money order made in that amount. Make it payable to "Flatlandfuel."
If you live outside of the US make sure the money order is in US funds. Personal
Checks not accepted unless you are willing to wait 2 weeks for it to clear.
4) Include your name, address, phone and email
5) Send to:

Return
Policy
You may return most unused items for refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date. All returned items must be in new condition and in original packaging. If an item has been installed, used or unpackaged in any way it is not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless a mistake was made by Flatlandfuel. In addition, if the shipping costs to you exceeded what you were charged for shipping then those additional shipping costs will be deducted from your return credit. If the the item you are returning was offered with free shipping, the actual shipping costs to you will be deducted from the return. Also special order, custom, build to order and similar non stock items will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee but these returns must be pre-approved as well. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. If you are making an exchange, please indicate how you would like to pay for return shipping.
When you return an item please indicate the reason for the return. You may want
to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will
appear on your billing statement. In general, though, you may return merchandise
